Here at POLYKOTE our dedication to service and quality in conjunction with our expertise in controlling coat weights and tensions enables us to process a variety of materials including foils, acetate, metallized film, woven cloth, non-woven cloth, tissue, paper, paper board and a variety of films including polyesters, polystyrenes & polypropylenes.

Our two water-based tension and temperature controlled coaters give us the ability to handle materials up to 55" web width obtaining a maximum coated width of 54". Maximum OD of finished roll stock is 48". Our coaters are equipped with Corona treating capabilities.

Polykote's two (2) Hot Melt coaters give us the ability to coat a full web width up to 26" and zone pattern coating web width up to 13".
